• All retailers must operate in Scotland and have been trading for more than 18 months.
• All categories are open to retailers in Scotland who sell goods or services that are consumed outside of their premises;
• You may enter more than one of the nine categories listed but a separate form must be completed for each category;
• Suppliers to retailers may submit entries on behalf of a retailer, but must obtain prior consent.
• Supporting materials e.g CD/DVD, media clippings, print items must be clearly labelled with the entrant's name and the category of entry and included in your submission package. We regret that supporting materials cannot be returned.

All entries and supporting materials must arrive no later than 5pm on Monday 25th August 2008. Finalists will be announced on www.scottishretailawards.com on week commencing 15th September 2008. Winners and Runners Up will be announced at the Gala Dinner on 21 October 2008. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
